Carl grew up in St. Petersburg and he and his wife Lee Ann have
lived in Northeast St. Petersburg for more than 40 years. He has
two grown children and 3 grandchildren. As a real estate Broker, Carl has earned industry designations of CRB and GRI. He served as president of both the St. Petersburg Board of Realtors and later the Suncoast Association of Realtors. Over the years he served on various State committees and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Realtors. He also has served on the Board of Directors of a local bank, the Salvation Army, and on the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Commerce as vice president. He is an elder in his church. Carl

Keith has been selling residential real estate in St. Petersburg for nearly 10 years, and in 2008 obtained his real estate Broker’s license. His values are honesty and integrity, representing the best interest of his clients, and providing outstanding real estate services. He is a life long resident of Florida and is married with two grown children and 6 grandchildren. Keith graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration and from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He served as founding president of the Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood Association and served on that associations board for more than 7 years.
